Returns and exchange

We always try our best to supply only the highest quality products, which, with many of the items we sell, have been tried and tested by ourselves. We genuinley believe that you will be delighted with your product from Childsplay Surf  Gear. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us by following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as quick and simple as possible. If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage.

To return an item

  1. Please phone 01656 742420 between 9.30am and 7pm or email us at mail@childsplaysurf.co.uk and you will be issued with a returns number.
  2. Pack the item securely, including it's original packing. Be sure to write your returns number on the outside of the packaging.
  3. Send the item back to us using recorded delivery, which requires a signature on receipt.

Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email from us within 48hrs to acknowledge receipt of your order and to confirm if it is in stock.

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock - we will mail you back with options for a refund or an alternative.

Each item has it's own postage costs which vary according to the item.
