In stock from June,( 4 Sold and only 4 Left!! 24/06/08) the latest ski from Red7 has had rave reviews. Made in 1 piece with no seam, the vacuum molded ski has tremendous strength to weight ratio with the standard glass model weighing just 15kg to 17kg. All skis have a single foot well which allows for smoother design, adjustable to cater for any size paddler and a narrower craft. The anti-roll hull gives great stability yet does not compromise on performance. The registered venturi design minimizes drag and increase draining efficiency All Red7 craft (arriving June) are now vacuum infused moulded in one piece. This means there is no structural join between the deck and the hull. This gives a lighter, stiffer and stronger craft. This is a world first in the manufacture of surfskis.

Designed from the ground up by Oscar Chalupsky, Greg Barton and computer whiz John Dixon, the Epic V10 is incredibly fast and agile while maintaining comfortable stability. While we met our goal of designing a boat that is faster than the competition on flat water, the Epic V10 really shines in downwind and upwind heavy sea conditions. A fully adjustable footbrace combines with a high capacity venturi drain to keep water out. The single footwell and front deck cutaway allows for a closer, more powerful stroke. The skis come in 4 constructions; Value, Performance , Ultra, Elite and 3 styles; V10, V10 Sport, & V10 Light Value (club): The Value construction, also called the Club version, got its name simply because it is the most economical construction option we offer. It is also our heaviest construction, yet comparable to most competitors standard boats- Value construction boats have a blue seam line
Performance: The Performance construction is a composite hybrid. We consider it to be the best value in the industry. Performance kayaks are significantly lighter than the competitions equivalent products, yet are offered at a comparable price point.- Foam core

Ultra: The Ultra construction is very light and popular with the fitness and racing paddlers. It is light, stiff and extremely strong in the water. Our Ultra disclaimer states that while stronger in the water than the Value and Performance lay-ups, the Ultra is more susceptible to impact damage and requires more care when handling.- Nomex foam core

FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS A hatch and compartment in front of your feet that can hold a 3 litre drinking system inside the ski, enabling you to drink while paddling. Drain holes in the foot wells to syphen water out of the cockpit while paddling. An optional extra is an adjustable size cockpit (see photograph).
Ski’s manufactured in 10 sizes using your inside leg measurement (from your crotch to the floor when standing upright, bare feet.) Length: 6.4m, Width:46cm , average weight in a fibreglass sandwich construction: 16-17kgs.
Also available in lighter kevlar and carbon fibre construction on request.
ICON RACING SURFSKI   See surfski.info review of Icon A newly designed fast light racing single surfski suitable for flat water and open ocean racing. Significant emphasis has been placed on the sitting position and ability to turn through the paddling stroke. Used by the Olympic Champion Nathan Baggeley in the 2004 World Cup in Perth. FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS The ski is manufactured in 8 sizes (measuring your inside leg from your crotch to the floor when standing upright barefeet) An optional extra is an adjustable size cockpit (see photograph).
